FAQs / Help for Reservations

Can I change a reservation online?

Yes, you can change your reservation online. You must click the “book now” button on the property website that your reservation is for. You will then see a link to “modify or cancel” your reservation. You will need your email address and confirmation number. An updated version of your confirmation will be emailed to you. Your confirmation number will remain the same.

Please Note: The rate that has been confirmed on an existing reservation might change if you amend your stay dates or room type.

Can I cancel a reservation online?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation online. You must click the “book now” button on the property website that your reservation is for. You will then see a link to “modify or cancel” your reservation. You will need your email address and confirmation number. You will receive a Cancellation Number. Keep the cancellation number on file.

Do I need to submit my credit card number through the Internet to book a reservation?

A credit card is required to confirm a reservation at all Dolce Hotels and Resorts properties regardless of the method used to book. All online transactions are done through a secure server, which encrypts the credit card information, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

Is my credit card information secure?

Security is of utmost importance to Dolce Hotels and Resorts. Our site is a secure site and all transactions are completed on a secure server, which encrypts credit card information, protecting against unauthorized use. Confirmed reservations are maintained in databases that have state-of-the-art firewalls. Dolce Hotels and Resorts will never disclose credit card or other personal information with other parties.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Cancel policies vary by hotel, by season and by rate offer. The specific policy will be highlighted on all rate offers that are returned when Checking Availability. The policy will also be listed on the online confirmation page and the confirmation e-mail.

Please Note: Certain rates offered are non-refundable once booked. Similarly, certain resorts have non-refundable policies in effect during high season as do all hotels during special events periods.

Will my credit card be charged if I don't arrive at the hotel as scheduled?

Yes, reservations are guaranteed to your credit card. Reservations need to be cancelled in advance to avoid being charged. The timeframe for cancellation is outlined in policies specific to the hotel, rate and dates booked.

Can I reserve multiple rooms with one reservation?

Most of our properties do offer the ability to reserve multiple rooms on a reservation. For those that don’t you may transfer the information from your initial reservation to the next to make the process quicker.

Do you offer discounts to groups?

If you require 10 or more rooms, your reservations would be considered to be a group booking. Our sales department will be pleased to provide a rate quote and make all other arrangements for your group. Best Rate Guarantee

Make a reservation with Dolce Hotels and Resorts, and if within the next 24 hours you find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type, and reservation dates, submit a claim form immediately. (You must submit the claim at least 24 hours before your hotel check-in time so we can properly verify each claim.) If the lower rate you found qualifies, we will honor the lower rate and give you an additional 20% off that lower rate, subject to terms and conditions listed below. This Dolce Hotels and Resorts guarantee is good worldwide for all guestroom reservations at participating hotel brands listed in the terms and conditions.

How to File a Claim

Making a claim is easy. Just follow these instructions, fill out the claim form, fax or email the form with supporting documentation to the property you have made your reservation at. For full details, please review our terms and conditions.

The property rate and the Comparison Rate must be found, and a completed Claim Form submitted, within 24 hours and must be for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates.

The form indicates all the required information for your claim. You will need to provide the property at least one reservation booked through a Dolce Reservation Channel (our Reservations Centers, a property, or a property/Dolce International web site.

If you found a lower rate through a Dolce Reservations Channel, a travel agency, or a travel management company, you must reserve the second reservation before completing this form.

If you found your lower rate through a non-Dolce Internet site, you do not need to make a second reservation, but you will need to provide the Web address or screen shot where you saw the lower rate.

You will be contacted within 24 hours of submitting your claim.

Terms & Conditions

This Dolce International guarantee is good worldwide for all guestroom reservations at participating hotel brands listed below in the terms and conditions.

1. The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

  • Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates.
  • Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously-specified criteria, including AAA and AARP members, seniors, government employees, etc.
  • Package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or meals.
  • Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
  • Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
  • Rates that are available on auction Web sites
  • Rates available on Travel Zoo to their members
  • Rates available on Web sites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
  • Pre-paid or tour operator rates that involve a voucher (including electronic vouchers) for a hotel stay.

2. The Dolce rate and the “Comparison Rate” must be found, and a completed claim form submitted, within 24 hours and must be for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies must apply.

3. Dolce International will verify the Comparison Rate within 24 hours of receiving your Claim and notify you of the results. Because the Claim must be processed before check-in, you must submit your Claim at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

4. When multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates, and room type are displayed on a Dolce International property Web site, you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee.

5. The Comparison Rate must be able to be reserved by the general public and be verifiable by Dolce International or the Dolce property. If the Comparison Rate is offered through a Dolce International Channel, you must reserve that rate to qualify for the guarantee. Dolce properties will not charge a cancellation fee. If the Comparison Rate is reserved through a non-Dolce channel, Dolce is not responsible for any fees incurred due to cancellation of a reservation.

6. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the Comparison Rate must still be available at the time Dolce validates the claim. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.

7. When a claim form covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately.

8. Void where prohibited by law, Dolce International reserves the right to modify or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
